For 16 years Olesya Kovalska has been forming a domain of digital technologies and creativity as a community of professionals who are able to create and promote ideas in a collaboration that moves the world in an upward spiral. Fascinated by the idea of ​​communities she came to web3  with a marketing curiosity about how it works and, most importantly, to shake up the elite market and open access to it for ordinary people. In fact, her ex-husband said that the blockchain market would suit her.

In March 2022, Olesya co-founded the Ukrainian Sisters women's movement as a response to new challenges, which smoothly leads to the DAO and teaching women to use crypto.
